The Key to my Heart

Good Morning Dreamers,

This morning I bring you the beautiful Lizabeth Key To My Heart. I knew as soon as I saw her that I just had to color her. Doesn't she look as if she has a secret love she is keeping hidden, a secret so precious that she keeps locked away in her heart and only he or she holds the key. 

Lizabeth has been placed for display/hanging in a 3D Frame from My Scrap Chick. I used my Cricut Explore to cut it out. I also used my Jaded Blossom Dimensional Banner Dies to cut the banner across the bottom. The embossed top layer is from the Hobby Lobby/The Paper Studio.  The coloring recipe is as follows:

2 Creative Chicks Showcase #6

Good Morning Dreamers..

This morning marks my first official posting for the 2 Creative Chicks Design Team.  So I bring you a cute card that I colored using a stamped image from Tiddly Inks.

Isn't she just the cutest thing. She was colored using Faber Castell watercolor pencils, I used glossy accents on the hearts to give a bit of dimension.  Thank you all for looking and liking my projects..

Good Morning Dreamers, This morning I want to share a cute lil easel card. I created the card base in Cricut Design Space.  The digital stamp is from KaDoodle Bug Designs and is called Cutie KaToodles - Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bear. I then used my Stitched in Circle Dies to die cut around the digital stamp, water colored with Derwent water colors, and a touch of glossy accents on the chocolate to make it look oozy gooey yummy.  Lastly I stamped the sentiment from We Go Together Like 2 stamp set and used some enamel dots and hearts to frame the sentiment.

Help a Fellow Crafter out please

Good Morning Dreamers,  This morning I do not have a project to share but a request.  The crafting community is one of the most loving, giving, supportive communities I have the please to be a part of.  No matter your crafting medium it seems as if we all have a mutual love and respect for each other, we can find the beauty in the everyday, the mundane, the "Le Gasp" dare I say it,, The Boring..

A Mini Me..

Good Morning Dreamers,

This morning I have something sort of special to share with you. I want to share with you all something so very special to me.. Many of you know I craft, color, paint, teach. Some of you may know that I am on a Design Team for Lacy Sunshine Stamps some may not. The art is all produced 1 at a time, each piece of art is an original. The owner and creator Heather Valentin is an exceptionally talented and generous woman. As a gift to her Creative Team aka Sunshine Girls, she created one of a kind drawings of each and everyone of us. I am so honored to have been chosen to be on this DT and even more honored to be immortalized as a Lacy Sunshine Digi. The pictures are the before (sorry for the watermarks, would hate to have her stolen) and the after that I have colored. I hope you think she is just as special as I do.. Dreamers do I have some exciting news to share with you today!! Today marks my first post for the Lacy Sunshine Stamps Creative Design Team.
